FUSION
There are certain editions that are conceived as a territory for encounters – and this edition is, inevitably, one of them. Fusion stems from this idea of intersection: between languages, periods and sensibilities, but also between perspectives, experiences and journeys that evolve as they unfold. Derived from Latin (Fusion: fusio and -onis), the theme of this edition represents the act of fusing or coalescing. Diffusion, expansion… I see movement. I see change and transformation, and it makes perfect sense.
For me, this issue carries a bittersweet flavour, like a farewell. It marks the end of a deeply significant and personal cycle, made up of constant discoveries and encounters that have left a lasting impression on me. Over the last few years, I have enjoyed the privilege of meeting creatives from different places, each with their own unique way of interpreting the world – and of transforming it. It was also a leap into the world of architecture and interiors that proved to be more than just an editorial exercise; it became a way of being. I have learned to observe more closely, to listen more intently, to recognise the value of details – those that, silently, shape the identity of a space and of those who inhabit it. Through Attitude, I have had the chance to enter many of these intimate worlds – because every space and every home represents a world of experiences and privacy. And each world brings with it a unique fusion of memories, references, choices and emotions.
