Items labeled as “Available on back-order” are not immediately stocked in our warehouse. These items are ordered from the publisher only after the customer’s purchase is completed. Due to extended shipping times and customs procedures, the estimated dispatch timeframe is 4 to 8 weeks.
Given the special nature of these orders, please note the following:
— If purchased alongside “In-stock” items, the in-stock items will be shipped separately for your convenience.
— Shipping costs apply to each back-ordered item added to the cart.
— Customers will be notified of any shipping delays or stock unavailability.
— If the order cannot be fulfilled within the estimated timeframe, a full refund will be issued.
— Back-orders cannot be canceled unless mutually agreed upon by the seller and the customer.
